I have placed signs on the "<span style="font-style: italic;">Exit</span>" door , instructions to exit via the entry door on the column by the "<span style="font-style: italic;">Entry</span>" door and secured the pole to assist in opening the "<span style="font-style: italic;">Entry</span>" door to the column with velcro. Please be courteous &amp; place the pole back on the column for other residents to use. I have a call into our service company and am trying to expedite the repair. I have checked the motor, limit switches, chain, belt, and electrical connections however it appears to be the drum.
