If you have tried to leave the garage today I am sure you have seen the signs the "Exit" garage door is not operating. I have placed signs on the "Exit" door , instructions to exit via the entry door on the column by the "Entry" door and secured the pole to assist in opening the "Entry" door to the column with velcro. Please be courteous & place the pole back on the column for other residents to use. I have a call into our service company and am trying to expedite the repair. I have checked the motor, limit switches, chain, belt, and electrical connections however it appears to be the drum. I will keep you posted on the status.
Also, please use caution when exiting through the entry door as there may be a car on the other side of the door trying to enter at the same time.
